MR R PAUL HARRIS LTD, trading as RPAULHARRIS, provides professional digital services including lead generation, affiliate marketing, media buying, campaign management, affiliate networking, and digital consultancy. Our services are professional and digital in nature — we do not supply physical goods. As such, traditional returns policies for physical products do not apply to our services.
Each project engagement is governed by an individual project agreement that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and any additional terms relevant to that particular project. This policy supplements those project-specific terms and provides general guidance on cancellation and refund matters.
If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of your trade, business, craft, or profession), you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013"). Under these regulations, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel a contract for services without giving any reason.
The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day the contract is entered into (typically the date you accept our project proposal or sign our project agreement). If you request that we begin work within the 14-day cooling-off period, and we do so with your express consent, you acknowledge that:
To exercise your right to cancel during the cooling-off period, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the contact details provided at the bottom of this policy.
If you wish to cancel a project outside of the 14-day cooling-off period (or if you are a business client), the following process applies:
Cancellation fees, if any, are specified in the individual project agreement. As a general guide:
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed, the terms of the project agreement, and the circumstances of the cancellation. As a general guide:
Where a refund is due, we will process it within 14 business days of the refund being agreed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. If refund by the original method is not possible, we will arrange an alternative method in agreement with you. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
MR R PAUL HARRIS LTD reserves the right to cancel a project engagement in the following circumstances:
In the event that we cancel a project, we will provide you with all completed deliverables and work-in-progress materials, and any overpayments will be refunded.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your project or believe a refund is due, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we are unable to reach an agreement through direct communication, you may refer the matter to mediation or, for consumer disputes, an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
For further information on your consumer rights, you may contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or the Competition and Markets Authority at gov.uk/cma.
